Stacey Evans is the CEO and a consultant with Stacey Evans Consulting, LLC. Stacey is dedicated to helping companies, organizations, and veterinarians improve the well-being of companion animals.
Stacey’s expertise on hemp, marijuana, and FDA laws and policies help companies, veterinarians, and other stakeholders, understand the legality of using hemp and marijuana products in veterinary practices. Her expertise in veterinary professional liability laws helps animal health organizations and veterinarians minimize their professional liability risk. Stacey’s strategies and policies help companies, organizations, and veterinarians, increase sales of products for animal wellness and health, and increase access to veterinary care for companion animals.
Stacey served as a member of the United State Department of Agriculture’s Secretary Advisory Committee on Animal Health (2012-2015). She also chaired the American Bar Association Animal Law Committee (2016-2017) and the Maryland State Bar Association Animal Law Section (2012-2013). Stacey is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Law Association and the Federation Association of Regulatory Boards.
Stacey graduated from Tulane Law School and is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Tennessee.
